Welcome to "Memoirs of an English Teacher" everybody! Thanks for visiting!

So as most of you know, I am currently living life as an English Teacher in Matsuyama, Japan, a small city on the island of Shikoku. I work for a company called NOVA Group (check it out at www.nova.ne.jp) which is the largest English teaching company in Japan. I teach mainly adults in 40 minute lessons, 4-8 lessons per day, 5 days a week, and also run 2 kids classes, a Kinders class and a Chibiko class. I came to Japan to immerse myself in the culture and lifestyle of the Japanese people, to improve my Japanese speaking skills and to have a once in a lifetime experience. So far I am having an absolute blast. This is a collection of my emails that document all my tales, trials and tribulations of living and working in Japan.
